Job Description

• Work closely with business aligned service delivery and service introduction teams to understand the service or operational requirements
• Monitoring alerts for Unix, Wintel, DB services and Backup for Investment Banking area. This is a level 0 or 1 activity based on a global workflow system
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per agreed service level targets
• Responsible for workflow escalation to second level support teams
• Responsible for creation of tickets
• Escalate issues to the request coordinator to ensure that the business is kept updated on the progress

Desired Candidate Profile

3 years full time graduate in any stream including technical diploma holders.
